By using SparkleService’s website or booking our car washing and detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Agreement
By placing a service request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. You agree to grant our team access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location for the requested services.

2. Booking & Cancellation
Customers must book services in advance through our website, app, or phone. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Payments
Payment for services can be made via cash, card, UPI, or other digital methods at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Service Limitations
SparkleService will take the utmost care while servicing your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile parts, loose accessories, or issues caused by incorrect customer information.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that valuables are removed from the vehicle before the service. SparkleService is not responsible for any items left inside the car.

6. Damages & Liability
In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, SparkleService will assess and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Service Delays
Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will inform you in advance and reschedule the appointment at your convenience.

8. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if the location is unsafe, the vehicle is in extremely poor condition, or if the customer behaves inappropriately.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the SparkleService website including logos, text, images, and graphics is the property of SparkleService and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms
SparkleService reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
